CHESTER Events – February & March Programme

2020 is now well on its way and we are excited to announce our first CHESTER Events this year. Just in case you don’t know, CHESTER Events are workshops through English, open to children and teens – and not only geared at Chester College students – , which take place in our school grounds on Saturday mornings, typically from 11:00 to 13:00.

FEBRUARY AND MARCH PROGRAMME:

  • LEAP YEAR WORKSHOP!

When: Saturday 29th of February. 11 to 13:00

Who: Children aged between 2 to 6 years old.

What will be doing: Many games and activities related to frogs and other animals that leap.

How much: 7€

  • WORKSHOP: FUTURE FRONTIERS

When: Saturday 7th of March. 11 to 13:00

Who: Children and teens aged 7 to 13

What we will be doing: We will think about what Santiago will look like in 30 years and we will build a city with Legos. The workshop will be taught by Antón Varela, architect and parent of 3 Chester College students.

How much: 7€

  • WORKSHOP: EASTER EGG-HUNT

When: Saturday 14th of March. 11 – 13:00

Who: Children aged 2 – 6

What we will be doing: Bunny shape maps, Easter egg-hunt and many other fun activities, hopefully outdoors if we have good weather.

How much: 7€

There is limited capacity, therefore we will fill up the vacancies on a first-come-first-served basis.

There will be the opportunity to attend a brief information session about Chester College International School to discuss either the academic school year and/or the Summer Camps.

Parents who are interested in joining the workshops can do so, when their children are 2-6 years.
